Nature constantly circulates, meeting the birth and the death: The wind flows through the air, the water waves by the wind, the rock transforms by the water, the tree gives air and breathes by the air.
This is how our environment beholding life and death, just let it leave and allow it, and also it is what we do not forget. Nature’s time won’t stop but will still remain in the present.
This project is inspired by the marvelous scene given naturally to us. Strangely harmonious could be found from the stillness of the stuck rock in the bark, and this randomness of happening described as silent. Imagine the process of rocks traveling anywhere and just jumping right inside of cracks in dead trees. Suddenly the silence of this scene seems like it is breathing.
This conceptual lamp project landscapes the contradictory yet grandeur of nature that define death as the same beauty as life.
