<Landscapes of Chicago> is a painting series based on independent research about coral leaves and made a connection between nature living behaviors with urban cities. Decently given gleaming color, patterns, shapes of corals are displaced in the landscape of downtown Chicago. It is oddly scenaric which rise upon from unfamiliar roles of each element, like skyscrapers with abstracted wave objects, and uncommonly used colors in industrial cities.

In the era of difficulties, there are many conflicts facing humanity, besides climate change, environmental pollution, and wars, and they are causing serious harm not only to humans but also to nature. What we are losing and ignoring today is how tiny lives are vigorously impactful to us. This series is inviting the audience to take a glimpse about imagination into preciousness of invisible supernatural things.
